▶ I always remain the copyright holder of my work. ♡▶ I reserve the rights to use your commission for showcases, portfolios, etc. ♡▶ I reserve the rights to stream/record/share the process of working on your commission online unless an NDA is requested. ♡▶ The commissioner is free to post work that they have commissioned from me as long as they credit me in the post. ♡▶ Any VTuber models you commission from me may be used for commercial/vtubing purposes. ♡▶ Any Artwork you commission from me may be used for personal/non-commercial purposes unless an extra fee is paid. ♡▶ You may NOT use any commission for NFTs or to train AI.▶ You'll have to credit my work in a permanent spot on your related platforms for as long as you use my work publicly. ♡▶ You're not allowed to edit, trace or resell my work unless you ask me directly and I give you permission. ♡▶ Don't use any part of my artwork to promote or endorse hateful messages towards anyone or any group of people. ♡▶ Payment will be first sent through PayPal when a sketch is completed and it has been approved by you. I usually offer a 50/50 split. ♡▶ I usually do not give Refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission for any reason. ♡
